Yes, your participants can use their fixed and mobile phone to participate in your conference call.
If a Canadian participant is abroad, can they use their mobile phone to join the conference call?

3. Start your Conference Call
As a conference call leader, do I need to dial-in before my participants do?
No, our advanced conference call system matches your participants automatically by your PIN, even if you're delayed. Of course it's professional to be the first participant in the conference room to welcome your participants and eventually introduce them to each other.
What can I do when one or more participants are joining my conference call from a noisy environment?
Ask your participants to find a quiet place to reduce the background noise. If that’s not possible ask your participants to mute their own line by pressing # 6. Participants can unmute their own line by pressing # 6 again.
What can I do when there’s an echo on my conference call?
This usually occurs when one or more participants has set their phone to speakerphone or hands-free mode. Another common reason is that participants are joining your conference call from their car and using a Bluetooth hands-free kit. When the volume of a speaker is up too high the microphone picks up the sound signal and sends it back into the conference call.
Ask your participants to disable the speakerphone/hands-free mode or lower the volume. If that’s not possible ask your participants to mute their own line by pressing # 6. Participants can unmute their own line by pressing # 6 again.
Tip: If a conference phone (ie. Polycom) is being used in a conference room, ask the participant to pick up the handset.
How do I finish my conference call?
As soon the latest participant disconnects the conference call is finished. You don't need to do anything else!
